MAGNETIC CHIP CONVEYORS

These conveyors are mainly used for the small wet ferrous chips. This helps in recovering

the costly fluids that are used for machining. When the chips fall on the magnetic conveyor

(stainless steel) l that is stand still. Conveyor is running below the stainless steel sheet.

Magnets are connected to the chain. Chips stick to the magnets and are carried to the chips

Trolley. Oil/Coolant is recovered back to the tank. .
